Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Chelvaregriz accepts cash, bank transfer, and credit card payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time, ensuring a safe working environment for our team, and securing or removing valuable or fragile items before service begins.

Chelvaregriz strives to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

While Chelvaregriz takes every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or for pre-existing damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Chelvaregriz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
