If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that cannot be rectified.

Clients may cancel scheduled cleaning appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

If you need to modify your cleaning plan or service schedule, please contact Chelvaregriz as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes while maintaining service quality and scheduling efficiency.

Our team conducts quality checks after each service to ensure standards are met. If you notice any issues, please report them immediately so we can address them promptly and maintain our high service standards.
